Using these colouring pencils as a tactile tool to boost confidence, increase mental wellness and self esteem.

Empowerment Pencils were created when I realized how often people appeared tough on the outside were actually struggling on the inside.

Each of these pencil crayons have a positive "I am" declaration on them. Red is "I am loved.", yellow is "I am positive" and brown is "I am brave."

Colouring is a great way to quiet your mind.

Use the Empowerment Pencils as a daily message! Simply grab one from the tube, hold it in your hand and take the time to breathe slowly (three deep breaths is recommended), while repeating the message on the pencil. Intention goes a long way.
